Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Social Desk, a service by AI Methods. Your signed service agreement, where you have one, takes precedence.

The service

We plan, make and publish content for the accounts you connect, reply to comments and messages, and show you everything on your desk. In your first week every post waits for your approval; after that, posts go out at their time unless you hold them.

Your responsibilities

• You are the publisher of your accounts. The facts, prices and offers you give us must be true, and you have the right to the material you send.
• You keep your accounts in good standing with each platform's rules.

Payments

Plans renew automatically through Razorpay until you cancel. Prices are as shown at checkout, plus GST. The first week is free; billing for the plan starts on day 8.

Ownership

You own your accounts, your material and the content we publish for you. You can remove our access at any time.

Limits

We do not promise follower counts, reach or sales. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.

Ending

Either side can end the service with notice before the next billing date. Posts already published stay on your accounts.
